Wigan Life

Bisset Adams worked with Wigan Council and large stakeholder groups from the Local Strategic Partnership to create the Wigan Life brand. The brand aims to improve both internal and external perceptions of the borough of Wigan, as a modern, forward-thinking place to live, work and invest, and to raise aspirations within its communities. The brand was rolled out in conjunction with the opening of the £217million state of the art Wigan life Centre, offering a range of Council services, including a new swimming pool, library and property shop.
